Statutory Accounts
Every limited company must prepare and submit annual accounts.
This means producing a complete set of financial statements that provide a clear picture of how your business performed over the year.*
We’ll prepare everything you need:
- A profit and loss statement showing your income and expenses
- A balance sheet detailing your assets and liabilities
- Supporting notes and reports, where required
- Your corporation tax calculation for HMRC
These are all essential for staying compliant, understanding your finances, and giving you all the information you need to help you plan ahead.
*Excludes Micro-entities, small and dormant companies.
Beyond Compliance
As well as fulfilling your statutory requirements, the well-prepared accounts, provided by our experienced team, will give you valuable insight into your business’s health and performance.
We’ll ensure your accounts are fully compliant with Companies House and HMRC requirements, presented clearly, and submitted on time. We’ll explain the figures in plain English, so you understand exactly what they mean for your business to help you make confident decisions for the future.
