P11Ds Explained
A P11D is a statutory form required by HMRC, to report benefits and expenses provided to employees and directors, during the tax year, that aren’t included in their salary.
These benefits can include company cars, private medical insurance, or staff entertainment (if over £150/person/year).
Preparing and submitting these forms correctly is essential to avoid penalties and ensure that tax and National Insurance contributions are accurate.
